Anthony Petterson
Managing director
Prior to founding hone.pd in 2014, Anthony's background in Marketing & Engineering saw him in Campaign Management in the telco industry, then in Engineering design at WorleyParsons, Jacobs, Aecom, Aker & GHD.
Anthony enjoys working on technically challenging projects, and as a founding member of the Victorian Cleantech Cluster, is passionate about sustainable product design & engineering.
Andrew Jack
Product design engineer
With experience in consultancies in Australia and Canada, Andrew’s projects range from toothbrushes, water sports vehicles, high heels, and designer boots to medical analysis and treatment devices. He contributed to the team that delivered MoyoAssist's Extra-VAD blood oxygenation device, which received a 2022 Good Design award, among others.
Lachlan Clews - de Castella
Product design engineer
Lachlan believes good design enhances people's lives and is passionate about designing products and experiences that create meaning.
At Downer, Lachlan worked on the High Capacity Metro Trains Project in systems engineering. While at Omnitech Playgrounds, he designed playgrounds and landscaping projects, collaborating with in-house production and manufacturing teams to ensure designs were feasible for manufacture.
Mike McMahon
Senior Graphic Design Consultant
Mike has over fifteen years of experience in graphic design and illustration for consumer products, packaging, and communications.
His exceptional talent in generating unique illustrations and brand direction has earned him awards, including the Good Design Award Gold.
His work spans branding, packaging concept and detailing, product rendering, custom graphics and UI web and app design.
Clive Kaicer
ManufACTURING & OpERATIONS Management
Clive expertly introduces new products to manufacturing, with extensive experience working to quality and management standards, including ISO13485. He has vast experience in manufacturing management and design, encompassing medical devices and sensor-related technologies from 2005 to present.
Ethan Faifer
Product design engineer
As a product design engineer, Ethan started out creating environmentally friendly packaging options for restaurants and grocery stores. His current projects span a wide spectrum of diverse products. With a deep passion for 3D design, Ethan enjoys using reference images and materials in CAD to bring physical objects to life.
Jeckey Song
Factory Management & Liaison (China)
Jeckey has over ten years of experience managing manufacturing and logistics for consumer products. She has successfully overseen the quality production of goods in China and managed exports to regions including the USA, Australia, and Europe at scale for clients like Nickelodeon. Jeckey, a Chinese native educated in the UK, is located in Yiwu, China.
David Breviglieri
Factories & Brands (Europe)
David has over 20 years of industry experience in luxury goods marketing and manufacturing consulting across Europe and Australia. He possesses vast experience with high-end consumer goods ranging from yachts to premium watches. David is responsible for the hone.pd European factory & brand relationships. A native of Italy, he is located in Modena, Italy.
